The activities to be carried out by the Presidency within the scope of the program were included in the "Second 100-Day Action Program" announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Accordingly, the five-year Presidential Program will be completed and put into practice by the Presidency.
The preparation and implementation processes of the Central Government Budget will be carried out entirely electronically by the Presidency of Strategy and Budget. The Legislation Information System will be adapted to the new system and updated by the Presidency of Administrative Affairs.
The Vice President will put into practice the “81 Provincial Report Card Project”, which was developed in the first 100 days to monitor indicators related to local development through projects and activities.
Career Gate, the online public recruitment platform developed by the Presidency of Türkiye Human Resources Office, will be implemented to post job opportunities in the public sector. The standard procedures for establishing career centers at all universities and the services they provide will be published.
The Human Resources Office will complete the University Graduates Employability Survey to measure the post-graduation performance of universities and their affiliated departments. It will also launch “Vision and Awareness Trainings for Overseas Scholars” for students to be sent abroad.
Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of Türkiye will enable the subscription of electricity, natural gas, water, telephone, and internet subscription services to be offered through e-Government as a pilot application.
Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of Türkiye, which will enable the integration of the services provided by the government to the citizens, to the private sector, and to the public in the e-Government at 95%, will test the performance of the services offered through the e-Government.
Economic Policies Council will be established.
Under the leadership of the Presidency, the Cultural and Arts Policies Council will mobilize the Internet, communication, media, and education for the conscious use of Turkish, the language of civilization.
The Presidency Economic Policy Council will establish "Economic Policy Assemblies" with broad participation in order to contribute to the work of non-governmental organizations.
The National Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy and Action Plan will be prepared by the Science, Technology and Innovation Policy Council.
